Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
Must have completed the NYSC program.
Resides in Abuja and is available to work in a Hybrid setting.
3–5 years of experience in staffing, secondment, or contract recruitment (preferably in the Dutch or Benelux market).
Strong knowledge of regional employment regulations and secondment practices.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities, especially under fast-moving timelines.
Prior experience placing tech professionals is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
Comfortable working with international clients in a remote or hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
Source secondment and contract staffing opportunities through job boards, company portals, and targeted market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR departments, and client stakeholders across the Netherlands and Benelux.
Gather client requirements and translate them into clear talent profiles or job descriptions.
Submit qualified candidates and manage the CV review process.
Coordinate interviews between clients and tech professionals, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback.
Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure proper documentation for seconded engagements
Oversee onboarding processes including compliance with regional labor and tax regulations.
Stay updated on Dutch and Benelux employment laws relevant to contract and secondment staffing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job openings, client communications, candidate status, and placements.
Collaborate with internal sourcing and vetting teams to ensure the quality and availability of talent.
Provide regular reporting on open roles, talent pipeline, and successful placements.
Act as a point of contact for both clients and placed candidates throughout the duration of the secondment.
