SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS
1– 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the banking sector (SME banking, corporate accounts).
Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Growth Specialist, Account Manager, or Field Marketer with strong sales and customer engagement skills.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing high-value partnerships and closing sales deals with corporate clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with negotiation and relationship-building expertise.
Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Office (Excel), and sales performance metrics.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and business development strategies.
Ability to deliver projects, resolve inquiries, and drive client satisfaction in a timely manner.
Business acumen with a problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach.
Ability to create, refine, and execute sales and growth strategies to enhance revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and reach out to businesses that could benefit from our ERP solutions.
Create detailed sales plans, set targets, and implement innovative techniques to drive sales growth.
Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring seamless post-sales support.
Generate new business through networking and establish partnerships to expand the client base.
Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to client needs through our ERP solutions
Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients: Develop pricing structures, draft contracts, and lead negotiations to secure favorable business deals.
Monitor sales data, evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on progress and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to create customized ERP solutions and proposals for potential clients.
Research and build relationships with new business prospects to drive revenue growth and nurture leads to convert them into long-term customers.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Understanding of ERP systems
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
Data Analysis & Reporting
Familiarity with email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation platforms.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and proposal writing software
