We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Solutions Consultant with a strong passion for ERP solutions especially Odoo to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base across diverse industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and hospitality. You will leverage your personal and professional networks, coupled with in-depth market research and a strategic sales approach, to identify prospects, conduct comprehensive needs assessments, and deliver tailored ERP solutions that optimize our clients' business operations. Your work will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and ultimately boosting our client's operational efficiency through the power of cutting-edge ERP technology.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS


Experience:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with ERP solutions or enterprise software (Odoo experience is a plus).

  • Experience in managing full-cycle sales processes across industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or hospitality.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for understanding client business processes and technical requirements.

  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific requirements.

Roles and RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across diverse industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and hospitality.

  • Identify, profile, and prioritize potential clients through thorough market research, networking, and targeted lead generation strategies.

  • Leverage personal and professional networks to generate business opportunities and expand market reach.

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client pain points and present tailored ERP solutions that optimize business operations.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and delivering value-driven solutions.

  • Plan and deliver persuasive ERP product demonstrations highlighting efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and business impact.

  • Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to customize ERP solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal creation, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding support.

  • Implement strategic outreach efforts such as cold calls, email campaigns, and client follow-ups to nurture and convert leads.

  • Track and report sales activities, including pipeline status, performance metrics, and revenue growth using CRM tools.

  • Provide timely sales forecasts, market insights, and feedback to senior management to refine strategies and optimize performance.

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and ethical business practices.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize client value and increase revenue streams.

  • Support post-sale client engagement by ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining client satisfaction.

  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitive products, and sales best practices.
