Job Summary

Data2Bots, an IT consulting and digital transformation company, is seeking a Junior Sales and Solutions Specialist to support the growth of our D2BNG Solutions. This role is designed for an early-career sales professional who is eager to build expertise in B2B sales, ERP solution selling, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will support the sales team in identifying prospects, engaging potential clients, and contributing to revenue growth through structured outreach and account support activities.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, Customer Engagement, or similar roles
  • Strong cold calling and outbound communication skills (key requirement)
  • Experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage
  • Exposure to B2B sales or financial/tech services is a plus
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive ability
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with KPIs
  • Willingness to learn ERP solutions and consultative selling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • High energy, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally
Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective business clients
  • Identify decision-makers and initiate structured sales conversations
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital outreach
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new opportunities
  • Support senior team members in client meetings and product discussions
  • Follow up on leads to progress them through the sales funnel
  • Assist in presenting ERP solutions to potential clients
  • Update and maintain CRM records accurately
  • Track all sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Support pipeline hygiene and reporting
  • Gain hands-on experience in ERP solution selling
  • Develop skills in objection handling, negotiation, and closing
  • Gradually take ownership of small accounts and opportunities
