Job Summary
We are seeking a structured and analytical Junior Product Owner to support the design, development, and delivery of SaaS platforms and custom digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on UI/UX capability, strong product research skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical documentation. This role is suitable for candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience who are eager to grow within a corporate product management environment while working closely with IT and business teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related technology-driven role.

  • Demonstrated hands-on UI/UX capability, including user research, user journey mapping, wireframing, and usability validation.

  • Strong ability to conduct product research and apply data-driven decision-making principles.

  • Proven experience defining product features and translating business requirements into structured documentation.

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms.

  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of product strategy and roadmap initiatives aligned with business objectives.

  • Independently conduct UI/UX design activities including user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability validation.

  • Perform structured product and market research to validate concepts and identify user needs.

  • Define product features and develop detailed functional specifications.

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into structured user stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria.

  • Perform product performance analysis to assess risks and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Serve as the functional and technical bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams.

  • Work directly with frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps teams throughout development and deployment cycles.

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Manage multiple product initiatives concurrently while maintaining documentation and delivery timelines.

  • Support product releases from concept through post-deployment review.
