Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT/Admin Support Officer to ensure smooth IT operations and office administration at Data2Bots, a fast-growing IT and digital transformation company. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining systems, and supporting day-to-day office operations to keep teams productive.

The ideal candidate may currently be working in IT support, systems administration, or office administration and is comfortable balancing technical and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or office/admin support roles.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, HRIS systems).

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Maintain and manage internal systems, including Google Workspace, HRIS, productivity tools, and collaboration platforms.

  • Assist with onboarding, setup, and training of new employees on IT systems and office procedures.

  • Monitor and ensure IT equipment, software, and office resources are operational and well-maintained.

  • Support office administration, documentation, and internal processes.

  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and administrative documentation.

  • Provide recommendations for process improvements, IT upgrades, and system enhancements.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal IT and office support requests.
