Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Assistant to support and strengthen our human resources operations at Data2Bots. This role is critical to building efficient HR processes, supporting employee growth, and fostering a strong, performance-driven company culture.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will work closely with team leads and management to ensure smooth people operations while supporting the company’s growth and digital transformation goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a tech or professional services environment.
Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and people operations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Experience supporting both operational and strategic HR initiatives is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Support performance management processes, including goal tracking, reviews, and feedback cycles.
Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines in line with labor regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns professionally and confidentially.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal development activities.
Collaborate with team leads to identify workforce needs and support team effectiveness.
Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvement.
Contribute to building and sustaining a positive company culture aligned with Data2Bots’ values.
