Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Assistant to support and strengthen our human resources operations at Data2Bots. This role is critical to building efficient HR processes, supporting employee growth, and fostering a strong, performance-driven company culture.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will work closely with team leads and management to ensure smooth people operations while supporting the company’s growth and digital transformation goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a tech or professional services environment.

  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and people operations.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Experience supporting both operational and strategic HR initiatives is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

  • Support performance management processes, including goal tracking, reviews, and feedback cycles.

  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines in line with labor regulations.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns professionally and confidentially.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal development activities.

  • Collaborate with team leads to identify workforce needs and support team effectiveness.

  • Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvement.

  • Contribute to building and sustaining a positive company culture aligned with Data2Bots’ values.
