Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Officer / Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of Odoo ERP solutions through direct, in-person sales activities. This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel at face-to-face client engagement, business solution selling, and relationship-based sales.

The ideal candidate may currently be a Sales Specialist, Business Development Officer, or Field Sales Representative, with strong on-ground sales experience and an interest in selling ERP or business process automation solutions. You will represent Data2Bots’ Odoo ERP offerings in the field, engage business decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term ERP clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, solution sales, or business development.

  • Strong interest or experience in selling ERP, software, IT services, or B2B solutions.

  • Proven ability to sell through face-to-face engagement and consultative, solution-driven sales.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

  • Willingness to work on the field, travel locally, and meet business clients regularly.

  • Prior experience selling Odoo ERP or similar solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong advantage.

  • Sales Specialists with strong field and solution-selling experience are strongly encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage SMEs and enterprises through field visits, meetings, and on-site presentations to promote Odoo ERP solutions.

  • Educate prospective clients on how Odoo ERP improves business processes such as accounting, sales, inventory, HR, and operations.

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and position appropriate ERP modules.

  • Generate qualified ERP leads and convert them into sales through follow-ups, demos, and negotiations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding.

  • Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, competitor activity, and customer insights within the ERP space.

  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, leads, and deal progress using CRM or sales tracking tools.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and ERP revenue goals.

  • Represent Data2Bots professionally at business meetings, roadshows, demos, and industry events.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and market trends related to ERP adoption.
